The Creatrix Campus application and its customer support team have been responsive to our curriculum mapping needs. By adapting the application to accommodate multiple demands from our stakeholders; the team has given us a customised solution that allows us to add and edit educational interventions, coursework, learning objectives, and competencies as needed. Bespoke changelog and search functions permit quick tracking of these items; while the reporting feature allows us to work within the app online, or to export in other formats for sharing or analysis. We have only explored and utilised the tip of the iceberg of the application's capabilities, but the customer support team has made for excellent guides

I had a very positive experience with Creatrix. The team is very responsive and from what I saw, they are highly technical. We are using a product that was modified for us (you know how specific our requirements are!), and they have been helping in discovery, testing, etc. I think one of the challenges for us was language/time difference and the fact that in a group call, their sound was not very good. So you see, nothing to do with the way they do business and respond to the clients’ requirements.
I do think they can be a good partner from what I have seen.
