Manager, Said Business School Oxford UniversityI had a very positive experience with Creatrix. The team is very responsive and from what I saw, they are highly technical. We are using a product that was modified for us (you know how specific our requirements are!), and they have been helping in discovery, testing, etc. I think one of the challenges for us was language/time difference and the fact that in a group call, their sound was not very good. So you see, nothing to do with the way they do business and respond to the clients’ requirements.
I do think they can be a good partner from what I have seen.
