    Being geographically diversified came with its own challenges of multiple teams,communication constraints and information transparency. Various software needed to be accessed in order to get a complete picture of a student's history. The absence of specialized software which catered to management education operations resulted in manual calculations and data entry on the part of the support staff. IT costs were also scaling up due to support systems and data storage. The need to adopt a student information system that integrates all the data in a single location was of immediate need . With evolving education reforms in various countries and and the ever changing global business scenario, SP JAIN needed a software that could evolve with time catering to their needs without a huge investment.

    Creatrix Campus stepped in with a cloud based web and mobile application specially designed for higher education to address their need . With vast experience in working with higher education providers ,Creatrix Campus took to automate all aspects of their operations . Creatrix Campus integrated its modules such as Admissions, Finance, CRM, Course Management, Tasks, Student Evaluations,HR, Documents and many more with the existing systems at SP JAIN such as Blackboard LMS, Infusionsoft CRM,Payment Gateways,RFID Attendance systems and Google Calendar.


    Course Management and Scheduling

    Course planning and scheduling became easier with planners. Alerts and automatic tasks based on planned events made follow up on activities easier and increased productivity. Our unique relative grading on bell curve immensely reduced a lot of manual work and documentation. Documents and files were stored in a centralized document repository for easier access.


    Enquiry and Admission Automation

    Enquiries for admissions were automated with website integration .Lead management and application management were made easier with automatic assignment. Email alerts and notifications made follow ups and reminders easier. Ranking and Evaluation forms helped interviewers shortlist students and evaluate them on multiple parameters.


    Invoicing and Financial transparency

    Invoicing for multiple currencies helped SP JAIN have all their invoices in a centralized system giving an overview of what was due from all campuses . Payment planning options included recurring invoices,installments,credit notes and rebates . Students were able to do online payments and receipts were automated. Managing expenses using bills gave an overview of the spending incurred.

    Customization & Flexibility

    SP JAIN was able to benefit from the customization flexibility provided by Creatrix Campus to tailor the software to meet its current administrative process. Statutory compliance reporting to the respective Governments of the country were made easier with our reporting modules and dashboards . The availability of Creatrix Campus' ERP automation modules to their IT administrators allows them to make changes to the system to automate or add modules in future making this a truly future-proof system. We further provided features used by them in many other products avoiding their need to manage multiple systems. Creatrix Campus became a one point stop for SP JAIN to access data related to multiple departments at all levels.


    Improving Student and Faculty Engagement

    Creatrix Campus modules like surveys were used for student and course evaluation. Tasks were automated to be sent out to students. Students could now view their transcripts and other grade sheets. They has an overview of the payments due by them . They could communicate with any faculty using forums and course wall. Faculty had access to all their class information on an online platform and on mobile .All this immensely improved student and faculty engagement in campus.
